George Carlin makes a point that us the human beings act like wild animals- we kill for personal satisfaction. With his humorous personality, he is open to talk about some dark topics of conversation; assassination, genocide, necrophilia, etc. John Lennon,Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X and many more were natural leaders in times of hardship and change in America who were killed by people that just "didn't agree with them". He also quickly mentions genocide and the Holocaust. Without mentioning Hitler, this was one of the most well known massacres. Which makes me question, why do individuals feel superior to others? Just because of their beliefs, appearance or nationality does not quite justify why one feels superhuman to the next? Human behavior is extremely complicated. During this course, I hope to gain the knowledge to understand the underlying of some of the questions I have today.
